Quick and easy peanut butter cookies recipe for your pups! Ollie and his friends love these! Just a few simple ingredients and voilà! makes the most perfect treat! The quantities below make up for a whole cookie jar! (Depends on the cookie-cutter size). Every time I post pictures of these cookies, I get loads of questions on where we got our personalised cookie cutters from! We got ours from Etsy. You can follow the link to the Etsy shop! We buy all our ingredients from organic shops and make sure they have no additives or preservatives and don’t contain extra salt or fat.

Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup Wholemeal flour – contains gluten, so if you are pup is allergic to gluten use chickpea or coconut flour

1/2 cup Peanut butter – which doggo doesn’t love PB! Make sure its 100% peanuts and doesn’t contain Xylitol

1/4 cup Bone broth – Nutritious and delicious. We use chicken bone broth as Ollie is allergic to beef

1/4 cup Kefir / low-fat yogurt – Natural probiotic

Cookie cutters

Coconut oil spray

Instructions

Turn on the oven to 180ºC, fan-forced

In a large bowl mix wholemeal flour, peanut butter, bone broth and Kefir together. (I use my Kitchenaid with the dough hook, and mix for about 10 min)

Once thoroughly mixed separated the dough into 4 portions. I find it easier to roll as smaller portions

In a clean flat surface sprinkle some flour (so that it won’t stick to the surface) and roll the dough until ½ cm thick

Sprinkle some flour to the top surface so the batter won’t stick to the cookie cutter

Use the cookie cutters to obtain desired shapes

Spray a baking tray with coconut oil, or place a baking sheet and place the cookies on it

Bake at 180ºC 15-20 min

Once done let it cool down for at least 10 min before giving it to your pup. Last around 2 weeks in a dry enclosed cookie jar!

You can adjust the recipe measurements to make larger or smaller batches.
